When you place an order or sign up on our website, we only collect the information needed to process your order (such as name, email address, shipping address and payment details).
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for services needed to process your order (such as payment providers and shipping services).

Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from Liechtenstein or Austria.
Orders are usually processed within a few working days after purchase.
Delivery times depend on your location:

Switzerland & nearby countries: 7 - 10 working day

Return Policy
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
We will do our best to find a solution together.
Please note: CDs and vinyl records are non-returnable due to their physical and limited nature.
Clothing items can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Because our merch and vinyl are produced in small quantities (and some vinyl records are unique due to recycled material), returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our side, we will of course replace it or refund it.

We are a small independent band, and all orders are handled manually. This means slight delays may occur, but we always do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers once an order has been dispatched.
